In brief

What works, what to weigh

+

Strengths

3 reasons to book
  • Spotless, spacious rooms — Guests repeatedly mention the cleanliness and size of the rooms, with several noting the big showers.
  • Quiet yet connected location — The hotel is on a quiet residential street, but the metro at Namesti Miru is close, making the old town easy to reach.
  • Friendly, helpful staff — The team is consistently described as accommodating and warm, from the concierge to the breakfast service.

Worth weighing

3 to weigh
  • Breakfast is just okay — The buffet gets mixed feedback – some find it varied, others say it's nothing special.
  • Check-in has a narrow window — You can only check in between 14:00 and 21:00, which may be tricky for late arrivals.
  • Not ideal for children or those with mobility issues — Some guests note stairs that could be a challenge for young kids or anyone with limited mobility.

“Rooms were big and spotless. Breakfast had lots of choice, both sweet and savoury. Staff were always pleasant. Walking distance to several sights, and I had a comfortable time.”

“Great spot to get a feel for Prague – close to everything but not in the thick of the tourist crowds. Breakfast spread was generous, and the older lady serving us each morning was wonderfully warm. Our room was cleaned daily and the bathroom sink was huge, with good water pressure and temperature. The room stayed at a pleasant temperature and there was no noise from neighbours. If we come back to Prague, we'd happily rebook.”

8.6Verified guest

“Clean rooms, which is key. The shower was the highlight – really big. Beds were comfortable too. Location is perfectly fine, especially if you don't mind walking. Rebooking was easy and cheap. Breakfast was just okay.”

“The neighbourhood is lovely, full of good restaurants and charming local corners. Rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff are flexible and friendly.”

8.6Verified guest

“The hotel sits on a fairly quiet street, and the room was very clean. Breakfast is fine – nothing special – but the winter garden setting is lovely. Bathroom was decent and not small. All in all, a good stay, and I'd consider it again.”

“Exceptionally clean, quiet, and well located – close to everything yet peaceful. The atmosphere was calm and the breakfast was good. A very pleasant experience.”
